 I find it very timely that our week discussing Viva las Vegas and the persisting legacy of Elvis Presley aligns with Tennessee passing the Elvis Act. That is, the Ensuring Likeness, Voice, and Image Security Act. It intends, among other things, to protect musical artists against AI from replicating their voice without their permission. It’s purposely named after Elvis in honor of the contention over the unauthorized use of his image after his death.
